  • 1938 London Underground Finchley Cen & Bushey Heath Enamel Train Destination Plate on the Northern Line. A double-sided plate with brass ends.
     
    Bushey Heath would have been the new northern terminus of the line had the extension proposed before WW2 taken place but this was abandoned with the introduction of the Green Belt.
     
    Dimensions: 62cm x 10cm (24.5" x 4")
    WEIGHT: 0.95kg
    Material: Thick enamelled steel + Brass ends
     
    Condition: Very good condition. Sign shows age of use with chips of enamel, there is also rust where the enamel is missing.
