- 1970's HOHM model of four stroke Petrol engine cross-section education modelManufacturer: Original Hohm from west Germany.Hohm is one of the most well-known manufacturers of high-quality auto technical study models.Description: This model, on a wooden base, is made of cast aluminium, steel and plastic parts.Hand powered through a heavy flywheel.Visible operation of crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, valves, valves, tappets, points, etc.Clear presentation of the various parts, in colour, such as carburettor, intake, exhaust etc.The piston position, the opening of the valves show the operation of the 4 different strokes i.e. the intake stroke,the compression stroke, the explosion downstroke and the exhaust stroke.During the combustion stroke, in which the valves are closed and the piston goes up, above the piston a light is turned on, which mimics the explosion.
