    Opal Glass Street Sign in metal frame with COA

    Original nameplate removed from the street during the corporation of Londons replacement programme as shown on ephemera pictures, number H647-06

    Milk-glass, also known as opal glass, rolled opaque glass or augmented structural glass, was created by adding fluorides to the glass during manufacturing, rendering it opaque.

    The inscriptions were milled during manufacture process, they are not painted on flat surface.

    Dimensions: 91.5cm x 30.5cm (36" x 12"); 98cm (38.5") with the brackets

    Weight: 8.0kg 

    Material: Opal Glass + Metal frame 

    Condition: Very good condition for its age. No glass cracks.
